WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?

Our prices are listed in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD) and online purchases are processed in United States Dollars (USD). 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Original Paintings Return Policy

​

At the time of receipt and henceforth, the original artwork from our couriers, must be kept in the condition received. You have seven (7) calendar days to decide whether to keep the art piece or return the art piece in its original condition for a refund.  

We also require all returned art pieces to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) calendar days after communicating with us that the work will be returned. Once you purchase a Jade Monique Art piece and are not fully satisfied, please adhere to the following:

- Contact Jade Monique Art via telephone; 868-798-0046 or email; sales@jademoniqueart.com

- You have seven (7) calendar days to relay to us your intent to return the artwork from the date of delivery

- You have three (3) calendar days from the day you contacted us and received a response to ship the art piece at your full expense with the same courier shipping company used to deliver to you

Do not ship the artwork before contacting us AND receiving a response;

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt, you do not ship the work within three (3) calendar days of notifying us, or the artwork is not received from your return in its original condition, you will NOT be eligible for a full refund.

How to Return an Undamaged Original piece.

​

Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please call 868 798 0046 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AST Monday through Saturday or email sales@jademoniqueart.com to notify us of your intent to return the piece.


Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials sent by our company. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to us. Please refer to our packaging guidelines for instructions on how to safely package art pieces for shipment.

Step 3 – Kindly arrange shipment of the art piece to Jade Monique Art Ltd utilizing the same courier shipping company in which the art piece was delivered.

Once the piece safely reaches our company, in its original condition, Jade Monique Art will process your return and the amount paid will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus costs for shipping, handling, applicable taxes, and/or international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.

 

How to Return a Damaged Original piece.

Step 1 – Within twenty-four (24) hours of your merchandise delivery date, please call 868 798 0046 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AST Monday through Sunday or email amanda@jademoniqueart.com to give us your order information.

Step 2 - SAVE the original packaging

Step 3 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to amanda@jademoniqueart.com

Step 4 - Please prepare to be contacted via telephone by a representative of Jade Monique Art Ltd.

It is your sole responsibility to absorb the full cost of the return to us, the supplier.

​

Seasonal Items such as but not limited to: Cards, Gift Baskets, Event Decor, and Custom preprinted Canvases (black and white preprints)

Orders for Cards and Gift Baskets are ineligible for returns however we are happy to facilitate replacements or exchanges for damaged cards. You are to call 868-798-0046 and email sales@jademoniqueart.com to inform of the damage within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. You are expected to email pictures and/or videos of the damage to be eligible for replacements or exchanges. Items must remain intact/unopened within original packaging.

Orders for Event Decor (purchased products not rented products) and Preprinted Canvases are eligible for returns within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. It is your sole responsibility to absorb the full cost of the additional Pick-up fee locally and shipping fees internationally. Items may also be delivered to our store in Port of Spain, Trinidad. You are to call 868-798-0046 and email sales@jademoniqueart.com to inform of your intent to return (within twenty-four hours) and delivery to our location, where applicable, within forty-eight (48) hours of successful notification (acknowledgment of receipt) of intent. Customers will be refunded the full cost of the product/s less delivery and/ or shipping fees via their original payment method in 3-4 business days. Items must remain intact/unopened within original packaging to be eligible for returns. Management has the right to refuse returns if items are damaged and/or opened by the customer or in care of the customer.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes of course! We believe that along with the best of ourselves and our paintings, our couriers should embody the same. We choose to use the best service provider who can provide excellent value for your money. We all want to rest assured that the transition is as smooth, careful and as quick a process as possible. Our standard rates are calculated at checkout and are added to your total bill based on your choice of shipping location and speed.

DO YOU PROVIDE CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY FOR YOUR PAINTINGS?

We most certainly do. The Certificate is an official document that proves your work is genuine and authentic. It is a helpful tool in proving a work’s provenance, quality, and ensures the buyer that it is produced by us and no one else. It accompanies every work of art constructed by Jade Monique, regardless of whether it is sold or not. In the event of a sale, a certificate of authenticity is typically one of the first documents provided to you, the client.
